Had a great experience here. Our salesman, Gebrill Caldwell, knew every detail about the car. I asked a LOT of questions, and he had all the answers. But if you go to any other local business that does window tint locally and paying the same price you would pay the dealership they warranty the tent for the life of the car. The visit and purchase was great. But I realize my garage door opener was lett in the trade in visor so I contacted the sales representative and he said they didn't find it. (Honestly and Trust) The opener was in the visor and someone took it for themselves. That is why I didn't give 5 stars. Partly my fault but they should have fessed up they had it. I was greeted by Tristan when I arrived. He is always a pleasure to interact with. However Darcy was my service advisor. I had to ask her to apply the web discount that was being offered. This is my second interaction with her and I always have to ask for the web discount to be applied. This is where I purchased my car and have had all my oil changes. I've never had to ask for the web discount to be applied with my previous advisors. I'm not sure I'm returning if she remains my service advisor.
They ordered the part promptly. When it didn’t arrive and I was getting ready to drive from an hour away they contacted me so I wouldn’t drive all that way. When it came in they contacted me.

It feels like I was sold a deal that I had no control of what I asked for. I did not get it, but I was told I didn’t get it, but it came down to sign in the final paperwork. Everything changed. It went so fast. I don’t think I would do it if I could do it again.
Did not properly install bed cover purchased on the Chevrolet website. Does not lie level and the lock does not engage on one side. The bed cover flys open at highway speeds.
Great service but I was disappointed that it took 3 days to get my car diagnosed, even though I had an appointment. I bought the car here new. The service writer that I had was excellent and I am completely happy with the repair. I have an extended warranty, so it only cost me a small deductible.
