He has exceptional customer service skills and is completely upfront and honest. Whatever little issues I had with a vehicle he was extremely prompt to get it resolved. I came in for an oil change, but unfortunately had to have them to replace a faulty back windshield wiper that was installed a month prior! It scarred up my back window, and I'm not happy about that!
