When I initially moved here Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall was the first place I started taking my car to be serviced. I moved to another side of Indianapolis and started taking my car to another location. I was not treated very well. My car was not taken care of like it should have been. Patrick Bradford was great! He was not only in a rush to get my vehicle in to fix my A/C because he said “next week will be really hot” but he was very up front and honest about when my car would get done. Even with the staff shortage they were experiencing he was calm and collected. He figured out what was wrong with my car and had it charged up and ready to go. The experience overall was wonderful. From the moment I arrived with my 13 year old son to look at their numerous vehicles I had my eye on (2024 Sante Fe Calligraphy) to the time I signed on the dotted line for my new SUV we felt comfortable and educated on the process and the machine. It may be a little bit of a drive for some in the Indy area but it's definitely worth it. Give them a shot.
