I was passed off to another salesman who did not get back with me in a timely manner. The sad thing about this is that over the last 18 years my family has bought at lease 8 cars there. We went another way to buy out our lease and purchase the vehicle. Probably our last Skillman purchase.

The visit and purchase was great. But I realize my garage door opener was lett in the trade in visor so I contacted the sales representative and he said they didn't find it. (Honestly and Trust) The opener was in the visor and someone took it for themselves. That is why I didn't give 5 stars. Partly my fault but they should have fessed up they had it. A $34 garage door opener cost the dealership points and a return visit. I text the representative about getting XM radio Software download but crickets….

While looking at a 2025 Pacifica to purchase I saw a deep scratch on the passenger side. I was told they would take care of the scratch so I purchased it. I was expecting the scratch to be fixed but it was just painted. I already signed the papers and took the van home. Three weeks later the scratch was showing through the paint. I've been going to this dealership since it started (and previous Chevrolet dealerships at the same location). Service has always been impeccable. I've bought three new cars there - two since it became Ray Skillman. This trip was just a slow leak from a nail in my tire, which they repaired.
I am having problems with the radio. I have been to Skillman 5 times and my radio is still not correct. I feel like I'm being ignored. They told me they would get with engineers and ask what can be done to repair it, that was 3 weeks ago, I never heard back from anyone. Errin was very helpful and knowledgeable on what I was after and made the experience more pleasureable.
I was greeted by Tristan when I arrived. He is always a pleasure to interact with. However Darcy was my service advisor. I had to ask her to apply the web discount that was being offered. This is my second interaction with her and I always have to ask for the web discount to be applied. This is where I purchased my car and have had all my oil changes. I've never had to ask for the web discount to be applied with my previous advisors. I'm not sure I'm returning if she remains my service advisor.
They ordered the part promptly. When it didn’t arrive and I was getting ready to drive from an hour away they contacted me so I wouldn’t drive all that way. When it came in they contacted me.

It feels like I was sold a deal that I had no control of what I asked for. I did not get it, but I was told I didn’t get it, but it came down to sign in the final paperwork. Everything changed. It went so fast. I don’t think I would do it if I could do it again.
Did not properly install bed cover purchased on the Chevrolet website. Does not lie level and the lock does not engage on one side. The bed cover flys open at highway speeds.
Great service but I was disappointed that it took 3 days to get my car diagnosed, even though I had an appointment. I bought the car here new. The service writer that I had was excellent and I am completely happy with the repair. I have an extended warranty, so it only cost me a small deductible.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Was greeted as soon as we talked in. Joe and Danny were made sure we got to test drive the correct vehicle I was looking for and explained all the options.
First visit was supposed to get the oil change and steering checked out was only able to get the oil changed. Had to reschedule to come back to get the steering checked out they diagnostic as a steering issue I needed to go to the dealer went to the dealer Hyundai for them to tell me it was something different than what they said, and I had to pay another diagnostic fee $200. Not happy with all the run around and extra money I had to spend.
