I called on Friday at 4 PM and got an appointment for 9:15 AM Monday. Took the car in because the engine light was on and the app said that it was the powertrain. Turned out it was an ignition coil and they also did my fuel injectors and oil change and had it ready by 6 PM. So far, so good! The customer I received during my visit at Ray Skillman West Side Auto Mall was a high level experience! My car was serviced in the estimated time communicated when I first arrived in the service department. I was given a gift and hot cookies were available for all the customers as we waited.
Nice and fast in showing me vehicles available. I like that the facility has a nice service area connected to the showroom. The coffee and hot chocolate were so good, it made me want to stay.
