When I initially moved here Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall was the first place I started taking my car to be serviced. I moved to another side of Indianapolis and started taking my car to another location. I was not treated very well. My car was not taken care of like it should have been. He was not only in a rush to get my vehicle in to fix my A/C because he said “next week will be really hot” but he was very up front and honest about when my car would get done. From the moment I arrived with my 13 year old son to look at their numerous vehicles I had my eye on (2024 Sante Fe Calligraphy) to the time I signed on the dotted line for my new SUV we felt comfortable and educated on the process and the machine. It may be a little bit of a drive for some in the Indy area but it's definitely worth it. Give them a shot.
