It was an amazing experience. I arrived at almost the end of closing 5:30pm and service guy made sure it was taken care of. I was desperate at this point to get tire fixed and could never get it. By pure luck I arrived at this dealership's service department when they were not very busy. I needed a software update on my Kia Sportage to protect against it being stolen as shown online for it's vulnerability. It was absolutely floored when the service rep told me it could be done right away and would take only an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. Fifty eight minutes later my car was done and they even had it washed!! As far as this particular visit to this dealership, I was completely satisfied.
I bought my car here in December and it needed service this summer. The service both times was outstanding! Noah, my salesperson was so patient with my indecisiveness. I do not like car shopping but I knew what I wanted and called to see if they truly had it in their inventory and they did. I spoke to Mack Bridges and told him what I wanted, when I would be in and if he could help. He stepped up and said he could handle it. I got there just before 6pm.
