Scheduled a trans flush for our 2023 Acadia which they took care of and the price was reasonable. They found a leek in the radiator and called our extended warranty company for us and did the work the same day. This dealership is the one we go to for routine maintenance.

Hands down some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. We took our van here and had Casey lie to our faces multiple times. Purchased a car here back in April. Within 4 months it was already running horribly. Brought it in to be looked at since I literally just bought the car. I was told that the spark plugs needed changed and it's not covered under any warranty. They wanted to charge me $750 plus my $200 diagnostic check just to change my spark plugs. I purchased a car on July 28,2026 and was not told that there was a lien on the title from Department of Revenue service. It is now past 45 days and they don't know when I will receive the title. Extremely Disappointing — Failure to Perform Paid Services and Refusal to Take Responsibility
This has been an extremely unacceptable experience with this dealership.
My sister owns a brand-new vehicle with fewer than 50,000 miles and has done everything a responsible vehicle owner is expected to do. She has consistently brought the vehicle in for its scheduled maintenance, on time, and has taken excellent care of it. As soon as sales heard under 10k and cash they bailed. Couldn't find the vehicles on the lot and with no help went to a different lot. I know it wasnt a new car but you have them on your lot and gave zero assistance in even locating the vehicles. Went elsewhere will never return to this lot again.

Had a great experience here. Our salesman, Gebrill Caldwell, knew every detail about the car. I asked a LOT of questions, and he had all the answers. Negotiating was very friendly and low-drama, and we never felt pressure or deception. It took about two hours, and that includes the test drive. I was happy with that.

I set up an appointment for my wife to get her oil change and to get the horns repaired. They decided to do an oil change and a tire rotation and not even touch the horns. We never wanted the tires rotated. I called and asked them why they did that and they said that the horns where never on the write up. That was the main reason we took the car in. But if you go to any other local business that does window tint locally and paying the same price you would pay the dealership they warranty the tent for the life of the car.
