Had a great experience here. Our salesman, Gebrill Caldwell, knew every detail about the car. I asked a LOT of questions, and he had all the answers. The visit and purchase was great. But I realize my garage door opener was lett in the trade in visor so I contacted the sales representative and he said they didn't find it. (Honestly and Trust) The opener was in the visor and someone took it for themselves. That is why I didn't give 5 stars. Partly my fault but they should have fessed up they had it. I am having problems with the radio. I have been to Skillman 5 times and my radio is still not correct. I feel like I'm being ignored. I was greeted by Tristan when I arrived. He is always a pleasure to interact with. However Darcy was my service advisor. I had to ask her to apply the web discount that was being offered. This is my second interaction with her and I always have to ask for the web discount to be applied. This is where I purchased my car and have had all my oil changes. I've never had to ask for the web discount to be applied with my previous advisors. I'm not sure I'm returning if she remains my service advisor.
They ordered the part promptly. When it didn’t arrive and I was getting ready to drive from an hour away they contacted me so I wouldn’t drive all that way. When it came in they contacted me.
