I normally take my car to the dealership in Greenwood, but they were not going to be able to get me in until October 9 (I called on September 8 ! I called the Avon dealership and the said bring it in and we should be able to look at it by the end of the week - they looked at the next day ! They were able to fix the problem and got me back in my car the next day. Excellent service, communication - I will be driving from Greenwood to Avon from now on to get my car taken care of ! ...
It was an amazing experience. I arrived at almost the end of closing 5:30pm and service guy made sure it was taken care of. I was desperate at this point to get tire fixed and could never get it. At 6:01pm I was driving off the lot with a new tire. This was my first time meeting him since in there alot and he definetly took great care of me to put my mind at ease. Thanks so much.

I'm always taken care of when I bring my vehicle in. Brantly was phenomenal from start to finish. Beginning from my initial phone call to doing the walk around inspection, he made me feel like I was the only customer (I wasn't) the way he offered me coffee/water and even touched base with me via text and in person during my wait. By pure luck I arrived at this dealership's service department when they were not very busy. I needed a software update on my Kia Sportage to protect against it being stolen as shown online for it's vulnerability. It was absolutely floored when the service rep told me it could be done right away and would take only an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. Fifty eight minutes later my car was done and they even had it washed!! As far as this particular visit to this dealership, I was completely satisfied.
I bought my car here in December and it needed service this summer. The service both times was outstanding! Noah, my salesperson was so patient with my indecisiveness. I do not like car shopping but I knew what I wanted and called to see if they truly had it in their inventory and they did. I spoke to Mack Bridges and told him what I wanted, when I would be in and if he could help. He stepped up and said he could handle it. I got there just before 6pm. After all the paperwork and finance was done, I drove off the lot by 7:15pm with my new Seltos. THANK YOU MACK AND CHASE(finance guy).
